Steps for Setting up Pet Care:

Remember, your peace-of-mind & comfort are our number one priority, so do let us know anything that we can do to help you.
1. Contact us, to request a pre-departure visit & pet sitting forms. Let us know the dates you are planning on being away.
2. At the pre-departure visit the pets & pet sitter, and pet sitter & pet owner get to know each other. It helps if the pet sitter feeds the pets and gives treats at this time. The pet sitting forms that cover topics such as pet temperament, health, feeding, walks, and home care are discussed. For the pre-departure visit, be sure to have the pet sitting forms and house keys prepared for the pet sitter.
3. For dogs, additional pre-departure visits may be requested or required to ensure the comfort and safety of all.

* Short-notice “emergency” dog visits are available for established clients who are unexpectedly detained at work or otherwise delayed from returning home on time (providing we are in possession of their house key).
